Hello ,
During this election year, the right wing will use all the misinformation and scapegoating it can to create fervor among the electorate. Trans and gender diverse children are clearly among those to be targeted. Abject lies and, again, misinformation about medical and psychological treatment is already widespread. At our next meeting on Monday, April 15th, our panel will consist of distinguished medical providers associated with renowned institutions in Southern California. They will present a clear picture of their work and of what they actually do and why. The panel will also include a well published San Diego lay author (a parent) and our own Andrea Cubitt.  Please be aware that, because of the sensitive nature of the topic and the resultant confidentiality needed by our panel presenters, only members and guests accompanying members will be allowed to attend. We also can allow no audio or visual recordings, including still photographs. We hope you will find the information they share to be helpful to you in dealing with harassment or, again, misinformation spread by the right wing as we progress this year. We also hope you find it informative and exciting!

Check in starts at 6pm and our meeting begins at 6:30pm. Elijah’s Restaurant is located at 7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.

If you can’t make it in person, please use this link to join us virtually.
